Where residential is the wrong tool
Residential is not automatic. When a target does not fingerprint aggressively and the job is throughput-bound, datacenter exits are cheaper and faster. When an account must be recognised as the same person for months, static ISP beats a rotating pool. Pick per workload rather than per habit.

Can I keep one residential IP for a while?
Yes — sticky sessions hold an address for up to 30 minutes. For longer continuity use static ISP.
Is bandwidth throttled?
No. Plans differ in included traffic or IP count, not in speed caps, and concurrency is unlimited.
